If you are starting the divorce proceedings (the Petitioner)
Our Fees will be fixed at £800.00 plus vat (£960) Court Fees £550 Total £1510
The prices quoted are suitable for most divorces in England and Wales, but will not be suitable if the divorce is defended, parties live abroad, or if additional steps are required to trace a party, or there are issues with service of the papers.
Please also note that if you are intending to issue divorce proceedings you will need to have a certified copy of your marriage certificate and the price does not include the cost of obtaining a replacement.
